Is it customary for Takealot.com to ******* their customers?!

As a 1st time shopper on Takealot.com, this experience has been amazing! The ordering and delivering process was great, however, upon receiving my package, I found that the fragrance had leaked so much, a third of the quantity is missing. I am not happy with this, and to be honest, I probably will not be using this service again, and I will certainly not advise any of my friends to do so either. So I've paid for 50ml's but literally only have 40ml's in my possession. Its absurd. This is definitely my first and last time ordering!
