Irritated customer

I'm very frustrated I placed a order for the 24th they recheduled it for today 23rd and thats fine. Now the problem is that will deliver before 7pm but my work close at 4pm I tried calling waisted 50 airtime waiting on them to answer just to ask how far the driver is I even send a email to call me yet no response. This order is already paid for
