Irresponsible behaviour and **** promises - Takealot

I have ordered rabbit food 2 weeks ago and estimated arrival was Friday ( 29 November 2024 ) The rabbit food that I ordered was hay and it is 80% of their diet, today (03 December 2024) I have not recieved my package and it says order delayed, when I try calling Takealot , they put me on hold for 35 minutes to an hour which is absolutely ridiculous. I need the rabbit food or a refund as soon as possible because this is not healthy for the rabbit
