irresponsible and unprofessional takealot courier

I ordered and paid 2 items on takealot app on 06 March 2025. I was said the delivery will be on 11 March 2025. I waited for the delivery until that day and I was shocked to learn that it was delivered on 07 March 2025 and I signed for it. When I inquired via takealot help desk I was told that the courier left it at the gate with a person called Njabulo who I don't know and the courier did not even call me to confirm if they can leave it at the gate or someone can receive it on my behalf. I am shocked now I am expected to find out who is Njabulo and did he sign for my order. It is very irresponsible and unprofessional of takealot to work with courier companies that cannot be held responsible. Something have to give if I don't receive items I paid for.
