Irrational returns policy
I bought a 8 camera security system. one of the cameras is not working. I paid 2 people to install the system, there is more than 200 meters of cable running through my roof, which was a huge job.
Take a lot wont take the one camera, they want me to remove everything form my roof and do everything over. I dont know what sick sadistic people they have working there. and good luck getting a reasonable answer from their help desk.

23 Jan 2020, 13:53help desk says they put you through to someone higher up who might help and then, just no answer. I tried 3 times and waited with their music for over an hour. Not sure what to say, I used to like takealot.
