Iphone ****** - no help from Takealot - beware when purchasing phones from Takealot.

I bought 2 I phones for business purposes. Both were delivered to the office. One of the phones was ****** before being opened during a car jamming incident. I didnt make note of the Imei number . I opened a case of theft And require the Imei no to assist in the investigation. Takealot refuses to assist saying they dont have it. When asked to speak to a manager i was told a request would be put in for a Manager to call me as the Manager is busy with something else . What is more important than stopping crime in this country? I spent the whole day with promises from staff at Takelot that my matter was escalated - only to be told the same thing I was told this morning. Absolutely disappointed with Takealot.
