iPhone - Don't BUY FROM TAKEALOT

In September 2023, we bought an iPhone X on Takealot, and I will regret it for the rest of my life. I've never been so disappointed. In the first month, the earphones were broken, and the battery life was non-existent, and this was a NEW iPHONE. After numerous mails and fights, it was finally replaced, on 19 October 2023. Just to find out that about 2 months ago, that my battery health on my NEW iPhone was non-existent AGAIN. Before reporting it to Takealot, I went to the iStore for a diagnostic test, (which I had to pay for), to be told, that this NEW iPhone is from China, and that it's a third-party battery that was in the phone, and they are not even allowed to work on the phone, as it's not a South Africa iPhone. Once I received the report from iStore, I reported the matter to Takealot, and they collected the phone on the 24th of April. I requested a refund, as there is absolutely no reason for me to trust them every again to supply me with a NEW phone. I only receive generic mails, like it's in transit to the Seller. When I ask who the seller is, they just ignore me. I'm waiting for my refund, and that is all I want. I hope this helps anybody who is even thinking for one second to buy an iPhone or for the matter, any phone on Takealot. You will regret it, just like I did.
