Iphone 13 sagga
On the 26 November 2025 I received the wrong items and I quickly logged a return. Instead of receiving an Iphone 13, women's pack and facewash i received a extension cord and powerbank. They came to take they're items backs on the 28th and on the 1 I received my women's pack and on the 2nd I received the facewash but I did not receive my iPhone till to date. I made countless calls and emails but im not getting any answer where my iPhone is. I have asked for replacement or if they fail they must just refund me. Please assist I want my money back coz surely they failed to replace my phone but they were to quickly to return the other products.

16 Dec 2025, 12:58Today I called and they told me that my return has been declined because the warehouse has confirmed that the iPhone was packed. I think someone from the warehouse did this on purpose for sending me the powerbank instead of the phone. My question is did they try to weigh the powerbank they send me?? Why was it so easy for me to receive back the women's pack and facewash. What is it so difficult for them to return the phone. Anyone with information where I can escalate this matter please assist.
