Invoices unavailable - waste of my time to make 42 requests

I purchase frequently from this company. When i want the invoice it says i must request the invoice. Why is the invoice not available? So i have 42 invoices missing and now must make 42 requests and then get 42 emails about this. I sent a support request that someone could do this for me and they refused. Please Takealot improve your system. Why must i waste all this time to get invoices that should be ready but are not. Please takealot, everything else you guys do is good, but this sucks. And your support staff should have just said they would do it for me.
