Invoices Never online

i have been buying gift vouchers for clients due to COVID this is with my company credit card, meaning monthly i need to provide the invooices and receipts unfortunatley, each month i need to call and beg that these invoices can be sent to me, each consultant says they will escalate and it will be sorted out - since January no inoices are available and i need to call in i have just spoken to Siphamandla Soxza - who couldnt even greet and acknowledge that i am calling work related, i had to even confirm that i was through to takealot the way he answered the call as if i was a friend inviting him for a braai - very unprofessional - he just wanted to get me off the phone by saying he will escalate and send to me before i had even given an order number? please listen to the call and see for yourseld what goes on and while youre at it please check on every single other time i have had to call for these invoices and the same lies are told about escalation each time i need to pay for an order and have the invoice available n line thats it - there is the option for that and i just dont understand why it does not work
