Investigators

Ordered and got the wrong product recieved someone's very expensive make up waited almost a week for them to Investigate and was told the driver would come pick up the incorrect product so they can investigate,I'm pretty sure it's common sense but still they insist on investigating even after wasting my precious time sending pictures of the product I recieved, I ordered on the 30th they are still investigating. I do not know if the order went back to takealot or went in for forensics at this point.
