Inverter Repair

Having a really bad experience with my inverter that has been sent for repairs 3 weeks ago.

The person I am dealing with via mail seems to not understand what they're doing or keep asking the same questions via mail, leaving us to go in a circle continuously, to the point where I just went and bought another one as this seems like it's going to be an endless loop of incompetence.

Kindly get someone that actually knows what they are doing to deal with me as I have never known such pain as dealing with this unmentioned person.
