Invalid Tracking numbers

<p>After numerous phone calls and emails I still don't have a tracking number to track my parcel. All I want to do is to phone the courier company (They say they use Mr Delivery - Mr Delivery uses Fedex) so that I can change my delivery address....my parcel should've only arrived next week, now it is early (yeah) but I haven't arrange for anyone to be there to receive it for me..</p> <p>So all I want is the CORRECT tracking number so that I can ask Fedex to change the delivery address...but the staff at TAKEALOT.com is so rude, unhelpfull and act like you are a ***** for asking for a tracking number....</p> <p>After speaking to a RUDE person, I received the WRONG tracking number...none of my emails have been answered...</p> <p>So, my parcel is tacking a jolly ride with all the other parcels because no-one is able/willing to assist...</p> <p>Sorry to say that TAKEALOT.com's service is not what it used to be...</p>
