Intertown couriers refuse no contact deliveries.

Eventhough its has been clearly communicated and televised that takealot is now practicing no contact deliveries. The courier (intertown couriers) insist that I need to sign for my delivery. When I refused they turned away with my delivery and told me to sort it out with their head office. What's more annoying is that they turned back after I opened the gate for them and did not say to me they are abandoning the delivery. I had to call them back thinking they got lost in the complex looking for the house. Only to find out they are not delivering anymore. I cant believe after more then 90 days of Covid-19 restrictions there are companies that are still not practicing safety protocols. I contacted the head office and have yet to get any feedback on the matter.
