INTERNAL ***** BY RETURN EXCHANGE
I bought a R13500 Lenovo laptop in February 2015. I saved for this laptop for a whole year. When it was delivered to my work place. I was all excited about it for about two days and I didn't like it at all as it was sluggish and under performing(R13500). I then logged a return to be refunded. They said that there was nothing wrong with the laptop and they shipped back to me. I was still in within my CPA RIGHTS to return it for full refund or an exchange. Their website states that if you not happy with the product you may return it. Since I needed the laptop to do my school work. I took it back and used and during a my mid year exams. The laptop went DEAD. Literaly dead!!! I was studying for my calculus paper and depended on it for viewing my study material. What happened is that after the last bar had finished. The laptop went dead. Did allow itself to charge. Nor could it power up. In October I log noted a call for a return. I was told the laptop I am using belongs to the company as it was logged in as returned in their warehouse and I had been refunded and funds were already used. What!!! When I tried to follow it up. I was threatened I would be registered as a *****!!!
According to our records you logged a return for this laptop in February RRN-55ec-ac74 then again in March RRN-4347-fb26, for which you were then credited. As per our returns policy your laptop should have been collected in exchange for the account credit, but it appears we neglected to do so. So you should not be in possession of this device in the first place. Furthermore in May you used R7999 of your store credit towards a purchase of a TV under order number ***. Which you logged a return for and got a replacement. The remaining balance was used for *** and an adjustment was made towards that account of R 400.
In reference to your e-mail communication with Ashley Chomutare and our suggestions made in October, we have tried to assist you in the best way possible.
