Insulting to customers

After many years of supporting takealot, they only allow the discounts and deals to a monthly subscription. I will not be buying from them anymore, its very insulting all of a sudden to have to subscribe to get a good deal.

Also they are using AI to automate customer service, there is no contact information on their website at all. This is the worst thing a business can do, there is no way of your customers contacting you.

Very insulting and condescending to customers, will be using other providers from now on. Makro and amazon are better than you.
