Insufficient product detail

I lodged a complaint with Takealot. I am happy with their support, but not happy with Takealot for allowing poor descriptions and details of products on its website. The product that was advertised (Inyati electric bike) doesn’t exist anywhere on the Internet. It is not possible to contact the seller, as you can do with eBay. There is no link to the seller’s website. Takealot is a very insecure buying platform for the reasons mentioned above. It costs R30,000 to buy the electric bike but you cannot see who you’re buying from (try Google the seller, try follow the link to the seller). You cannot see how many of that product has been sold, what people think of the product (unless it is because there hasn’t been any sales of the product).
