Insufficient packaging of books

I am a frequent customer of Takealot.com and they have to be commended on the speed of their delivery. The problem however is that items get damaged in the process, especially books! I ordered a book for my studies from Takealot.com and I am really not happy with the condition of the book, the packaging in witch they deliver books are not sufficient. I don't have time to return the book for another one as I need to use it right away. Frustrating.
