'Insufficient address' excuse

I've never had a problem with Takealot before, but they've suddenly said my delivery is delayed due to 'insufficient address'. This is a perfectly obvious lie since it's the address saved in my account that they've delivered to three times this week. And it's an obvious attempt to make the delay sound like the customer's fault.
