Insufficient address

I am really very disappointed with delivery and service of Take a Lot, as i supposed to received my order today according to Take a Lot, but i received TXT from take a lot (Insufficient address details. We'll contact you to verify the address and reschedule delivery) which is really disappointing, i have received all my previous order on my address but today some how *********** take a lot don't have sufficient details, i called Take A Lot but consultant were not able to help me, more disappointment was this delivery was a gift for my son on his achivement.
