Installation of Samsung double door French refrigerator.

On 5th May 2025, I purchased a Samsung double door French refrigerator – order no: ***. The unit was then delivered yesterday. However, only to find out later that the contents require technical connections for the water supply. Furthermore, this morning I phoned the Samsung help desk, and they referred me to ZA Signature – Samsung, and also got hold of them via an “Online Chat”. On that same chat, I was advised to contact Takealot directly. I did call Takealot, but the consultant was not sure about such matters. Right now, I have a refrigerator which is not connected, I have to connect it, Takealot or Samsung. What must happen now?
