Inside trade of dealers and delivery inside takealot.

I paid for 7 items on the item of 19th of January and should have been delivered 23rd of January, the driver was lazy and assumed the same Street meant the same person. He did not even double check. I've lost 3k for the last 4days. And the driver still doesn't care. He dropped my package to the wrong house despite looking at GPS. Takealot employees don't care and the customer service agent I spoke with chose to not place my complaint because he was friends with this delivery guy. That thought they could ***** from me and get away with it.
