Insane.

<p>I had bought my phone from Takealot late last year, cash. I received it earlier than expected, and as you can tell I was excited with my new awesome gadget. </p> <p> </p> <p>Less than a year later, my phone starts becoming ******* to the point that it is not functional. I bought it cash, and not from a retailer but from an online company, what in the world do I do now. </p> <p> </p> <p>I send an email at 21:30 in the evening expressing my issues, I need my phone to go in or something! </p> <p> </p> <p>21:30, Kent David gets back to me from Takealot, reassuring me and providing me with quick and clear instructions on how to log in a return (which, by the way, is super simple especially for a distressed mind), and basically spent the whole night answering my non-stop annoying questions with such delight and care. </p> <p> </p> <p>Everything was momentarily sorted, my package was collected and now currently undergoing quality control. </p> <p>I have never received such incredible, delightful and quick service, except the last time I had ordered from Takealot. They have always been the no.1 service provider in my eyes and consistently recommend them to anyone. So, Thank you for your excellent service!</p> <p> </p> <p>No hopefully I will get an update on my package and get the outcome I hope to recieve. </p>
