Inquiry and refund about an order

I placed an order for a textbook titled College Physics that was scheduled for delivery on the 17th of April during and i've had problems accessing my takealot account and forgot my order number thus ended up opening a new account id like to get a refund sincewell the order was not received . i've since tried sending emails and contacting the relevant department but i did not receive any form of response
