****ing useless company

So I placed a order for a laptop yesterday the 31st it said it would be delivered today the 1st September 2023 I woke up this morning and didn't receive any sms. I then called in spoke to Lunga he advised payment was not received and then few min later get a email that payment received and the order will be delivered on the 4th Monday. This is unacceptable I want the laptop today as your system said it will be delivered today. Then i called againspoke to a stupid lady Moegsiena she tells me she can't give me her name and surname also she can't get me a manager to speak to and she can't do nothing to help me or expedite the order I want my mo th back today please
