*****ing my money!!

Takealot is really getting worse by the day!! Their deliveries are not checked and never timeously done!! My biggest frustration is that they are literally *****ing my money by replacing an item at a more expensive price, although it is clearly advertised at a cheaper price. They are giving me credit on another order that was executed wrongly by them but at the cheaper price and when I want to replace that item I must pay a delivery fee again!!!

On order *** they overcharged me with R30!!!!! The real price is R219 nót R249.

That R30 should be added to the R189 that I have on credit and that would make another R219. Another twin set of King size pillows as in order *** to be delivered FREE of charge to my house to resolve this problem!!!!

I spent almost an hour on the phone yesterday to try to explain this situation!! It should réálly not be thát difficult to understand!!!!

Numerous emails were sent and phone calls were made!!! To NO avail!!!! Really no accountability!????
