*****ing delivery fees

They dont refund delivery fees on cancelations and i want a full refund, made an order was adviced the delivery will take place in 2 days, than the delivery date was pushed back from Thursday to Friday, after that the delivery was pushed to Monday from Monday to the following Friday again. I then canceled the order but they only credited the order amount and not the delivery fees.
