Infuriating service

I ordered a watch from this company last week Wednesday ( 28 Nov 2018) and was told it will be delivered on Monday (3 Dec 2018). The driver called me on to confirm my address but no delivery was made. Every time i call him he keeps telling me he took the watch back to his office and that the office will contact me. I emailed the office but i only got an automated response. This was my second and very last time buying from TAKEALOT.
