Infuriated customer

I received very poor service regarding my Smeg blender that I bought from Takealot, it had a problem whereas my blender started developing a foggy cloudy kind of colour and it was not crystal clear. After 3 logged returns requesting for a repair since it's still under warranty, I'm sitting with a foggy blender and being told there is no fault found when there is a clear and visible fault, so basically I'm getting any assistance whatsoever, which is very disappointing and infuriating.
