Inferior products

<p><span style="color: #4d4d4f; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.91px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: #ffffff;">I purchased a s6 and s7 screen guard mine was the s6 i called and advised takealot that my screen guard was not sticking due to that the screen guard broke there after i advised the female that the crack is spreading the female advised me to log a complaint on takealot website i did that the product was sent to takealot it was cracked but when i received it back was totally cracked as if someone smashed it and i received a email that takealot could not return the product because it was user damaged my husband phone the s7 the screen guard just fell out and cracked now takealot is going to give me the same response at the end of the day we have paid money fot the goods and it is inferior products that takealot is selling and the time to get a response from takealot was pathetic I used to call them to speak to the returns department the used to always tell me the will email them and they will contact me. </span></p>
