INEXPERIENCED DRIVERS

i love takealots website and overall service but there seems to be a problem with your delivery/pickup driver's ever since you guys changed service providers or hired more inexperienced drivers, they keep getting lost and its difficult for me to answer my phone as i work in a bank and is therefore prohibited.

drivers had no problems finding me in the past (2016/2017), as i work in a mall that is very easy to locate.
