Inefficient and wastefull delivery

I had a few problems with an order (***) where an item was cancelled, but what really made me flip out was when the balance of the order was delivered in a ton of excess packaging. The 1 item, a book, came in a neatly fitting and appropriate package (well, it would have been appropriate had it been just the 1 item). The other item (the size of an A4 folder no more than 1cm thick) came in a separate box. It occupied perhaps 5% of the volume of the box. That's not an exaggeration. I'm serious. This is a massively wastefull. And not considerate of the environment on 2 fronts - the extra fuel wasted in transporting the parcel, as well as the disposal of all this excess packaging material.
