Inefficiency if Takealot

I purchase a number of items , when the boxes were opened , the one item had two legs numbered 3 ( emphasis') and the second box , the item was damaged, the third box was not delivered.

I have requested that the items be replaced and I keep being asked whether the boxes were tampered with ( really!!!!!) and whether I received any additional items, and that I must take photos of the missing box ( really !!!!!!) and not the first time that items are not delivered

I have been battling for a week now with incompetency and inefficiency and every excuse under the sun
