Incredibly unreliable, over and over and over...

Incredibly unreliable, I challenge Takealot to show how many orders have been delivered on time or how many orders did not have an issue... I always have to phone or email (By the way, still waiting on your response on my previous order). It's always an Issue, never smooth. Bad company, over promise, under deliver... constantly!
