Incredibly bad and uncaring service
Promised delivery on Saturday before 5PM. No delivery and no information as to the delivery not going to happen. On calling was told that this was the fault of the courier and that it would be escalated. <br> <br> Promised delivery on Monday before 5PM. No delivery and no information as to the delivery not going to happen. On calling was told that this was the fault of the courier and that it would be escalated. <br> <br> Promised delivery on Tuesday before 5PM. This time received SMS's and emails saying that the delivery was on its way. No delivery and no information as to the delivery not going to happen. On calling was told that this was on its way and was the fault of the courier and that it would be escalated.<br> <br>
Irrespective of who is at fault, it still remains our responsibility to ensure that your parcel is delivered to you as promised. We apologise that this has not happened on more than one occasion and that this matter still hasn't been resolved. We've instructed our complaints team to take this up with the relevant courier branch to determine why your delivery has not been completed yet.
They'll make sure that the necessary arrangements are made to get this sorted out ASAP and they'll be in touch to update you as soon as they've received the relevant feedback.
