Incredible Service

Having recently received an incorrect item, I contacted TakeAlot though their user-friendly return process online and my query was completely resolved within 36 hours, Mind boggling fantastic service and efficiency when you consider the below. I ordered a 1.9l Stanley Flask at what looked to be a fantastic price(Not unusual for TakeAlot) but on delivery a 0.47l was received. I checked online and discovered that there must have been a technical fault on the website at the time of ordering as my online order reflected a 0.47l, I only had an email confirming the original description at the time of ordering was a 1.9l, I had expected to have to argue the case since there was a substantial price difference between the two, however I received friendly and efficient service, the query was escalated promptly without my request and I received my 1.9L flask within 36hrs of logging the return. Having read many articles of other retailers and the battle customers have had to get even the slightest issues resolved I am still utterly confident that TakeAlot take great pride in their service offering and I will continue to loyally support and sing their praise at every opportunity I get.
