INCREDIBLE BAD SERVICE AT TAKEALOT no one cares

I ordered an Air Fryer for my wife's birthday, on the 5th of this month. It arrived on time. But on her birthday she opened the parcel (which wasn"t sealed and we found discrepancies. It is nearly a month from my wife's birthday and she is still waiting. There were no instructions, the silicone basket was too big for the unit. What the perforated metal disk is, and what it is for I still do not know. I think what happened is someone opened the box, removed items from it and replaced anything to hand into the box Takealot doesn't seem to have any incoming lines except one specialised line which is constantly in use or off the hook. I have sent 3 emails trying to get a response to no avail. How can a company like Takealot run without any communications systems ?. plus someone to answer emails VERY POOR SHOW TAKEALOT
