Incredible after-sales service

In August 2023 I purchased a vacuum cleaner through takealot.com. This week, the vacuum unfortunately started to overheat and turn itself off. I logged a return through the takealot.com app and the vacuum was collected on Tuesday. On Wednesday I received an email to say that that particular vacuum was no longer in stock and that the cost of the vacuum would be credited to my takealot account. On Thursday evening the credit came through and I was able to order a brand new vacuum. Incredible after-sales service! Thank you takealot - you have a customer for life
