Increased prices from merger
I was in the process of purchasing a Wagworld Snuggle Pack from [URL Removed] but was unable to complete the transaction due to a maintenance notification on the website. I logged on today to see that the merger has now been completed and my item is no longer available. The snuggle pack @ R209 comprised of a Wagworld cupcake bed, a Wagworld blanket and a toy (all in red) and there was stock available on [URL Removed] I now see these items listed separately on [URL Removed] at much higher prices. In addition I had a R100 voucher to use from [URL Removed] which was scheduled to expire yesterday and I see that your ebucks rewards from takealot is only 2% vs Kalahari's 3%. This is now the second time that this merger is costing me money as a customer.
Sorry for the frustration around not being able to complete your purchase on kalahari.com.
We will have our customer service team reach out to you today and we will see how we can help you in terms of the purchase you intended to make.
Regarding your voucher, you should be able to redeem the voucher through takealot.com within the next 24 hours. And lastly, we are increasing our eBucks earn rates to 3% from 1 May so that Kalahari customers continue to receive the same great rewards from an eBucks perspective.
