Incovienced and bad service! No delivery from takealot.

I ordered my items on the 28 May 2020 and I still dont have them, they were supposed to be long delivered. I inquired twice and all I've gotten was an email saying they will get back to me. This is very disappointing as I've been ordering from takealot but after this experience I will not be ordering. I just want the items I've paid for!!!!
