Incorrectly shipped product - no returns

Ordered a combo pack of printer cartridges ( colour and black) only to receive 2 colour cartridges. What must I do with 2, C when black is the one I really need? Product is non returnable which adds to the bad product experience. Ordering and delivery process was good.
