Incorrect Refunds

I tried my best to find an email address to raise my concern...to no avail. So i try and order Sonoff products, which show in stock...I pay the additional speedy delivery fee for next day delivery. Takealot then cancel half my order as they don't have stock, They refund the product payment but not the delivery funds...they are now delivering 10 days later. Is this normal.....
