Incorrect refund

I asked takealot to refund the money into my new bank account because the one account that is on my takealot account is one that i have blocked today 28 December i had a look to which account the refund it to and they had refunded it my old account and i have messages to prove that i have asked them to put it in my new account now i have no money and i needed that money now i have nothing because they couldn't follow simple instructions that i gave them
