Incorrect PS4 Games delivered

I purchased a PS4 bundle from takealot, but they delivered the wrong games. I was supposed to get Ragnarok god of war and mortal kombat, instead they delivered Minecraft and WRC. I have logged this issue twice with them, but they’re simply ignoring me. All I ask is that you bring the correct games and take the incorrect ones, that’s all.
