Incorrect products received!!

Ordered products on the 27th on November 2024, received the incorrect products on Sunday the 1st of December 2024, immediately logged a complaint telephonically on Sunday, the incorrect products was collected by the delivery team on Tuesday the 3rd of December 2024..

Up until today, the 12th of December 2024 I have not received any proper communication or answer on when I can expect to receive the correct products ordered.

This will definitely make me think twice before ordering from Takealot again!!

It has been ridiculously frustrating dealing with the Takealot team and getting the products ordered..
