Incorrect products delivered

Pathetic service I ordered 3 items, Durex Lube, a chromecast (which according to their product page is meant to come with a US to EU power adapter) and an HDMI to VGA adapter.

The only product that was correct, was the Durex Lube The chromecast came with no adapter, and the HDMI to VGA adapter is incorrect, they supp**** me with the reverse version (the two products don't even look remotely the same by the way)

I have issued a replacement through the site, however I paid for next day delivery as I needed this for an important presentation today Should anything happen at work due to Takealot's negligence, they will be held accountable
