INCORRECT PRODUCT SUPP**** / ORDER NOT RECEIVED

On the 25 April I placed an order , 4 days later the order arrived & it was damaged I then logged a complaint the item was collected and it for an evaluation process which they said an replacement will be sent . The replacement was delivered last week and it was in worse condition than the first order and I logged another complaint .I receive an email Sunday afternoon to say product no longer available and my account was credited . I went on their website and it was still available so I reordered it in GOLD and 24th May the order was delivered and they delivered in PINK . They collected the item and until now I have had no contact with Takealot despite my numerous phone calls to them . I then contacted them on facebook messenger and get told my order would arrive 7th June . I ordered a 3 piece luggage set as I have a trip on the 1st June . What use to me is this order if it’s delivered on the 7th. I have tried explaining the urgency of this order and no one seems to care . No one has even made contact me . It’s one month now since I have placed the order and still haven’t received it . This is extremely upsetting as I have been really understanding thus far but their lack of urgency is so disappointing. Yet I have made payment for this and still haven’t received it . They just seem like a bunch of ******* !
