Incorrect product supp****

I purchased earbuds and received the incorrect product. Return number MRRN-N5KG64PP5. I ordered the 4000mah (Bar Code MPTAL***8) earbuds this is reflected on order ***. The earbuds I received are incorrect 1600mah (Bar Code ***) inside the box.. On the page the return is reflecting as concluded, with no feedback given to me. The review I posted was also rejected.This cannot be the end of it and I will not accept the incorrect item.
