Incorrect product received with only option to receive credit instead of correct product.

I bought the 12” Q-312 solar fan combo as advertised on Takelot by “Gadget Queen” on special for R899 as a birthday gift for my mother. My mom received a 8” GDlite fan instead. I requested a return through takelot for the correct product but the only option they gave was to receive a refund. By this time the Q-312 fan price was pushed up well over a R1500 which meant that I had to pay almost double if I wanted the product I originally ordered. Very disappointed as I expected Takelot to take this up with the supplier & supply me with the correct product instead of a offering a refund after pricing was doubled. My mother therefor opted to keep the wrong product rather than sending it back for a refund. Open to change my review if I get positive feedback from Takelot.
