Incorrect product received, no sign of customer service

Ordered a Logitech Mouse on Thursday, which was delivered to the pickup on Friday. So far, so good...

But when I opened the package at home, it contained a WiFi extender (valued at about 25% of the mouse). Logged a return, was asked for photos, and that is where we are stuck at the moment.

Based on other similar reviews, I'm afraid this is not going to get resolved any time soon.
